Parking Update (4/15/2009) The newly expanded zone 2 Fan Residential Restricted Parking District residents will be eligible to purchase 2010 decals and AVPs which will provide 15-months of parking eligibility in the newly expanded district. Block Status

The process:
- Petition Received by FDA and City of Richmond
- FDA prepares letter to property owners and return post card to verify petition
- Data submitted to FDA Board with recommendation to support or not support request based on post card vote
- FDA notifies City of Richmond requesting blocks to be included.
- City verifies request conforms to requirements of City Ordinance
- City prepares Traffic order establishing expansion of Fan Residential Restricted Parking District - Zone2
- City in stalls signs in area
- 30-grace period starts before citation are issued (written warnings)
- Enforcement of regulation begins.
